I've been on an actual diet called The 17 day diet. I've been recovering from a severe abdominal injury so I actually should ask the Dr about going on this diet. I've been on it two days now and already lost weight doing it though. 🙂
166.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Please do your research about crash diets. Yes they will get you to your goal but will usually lead you right back to your previous weight with less muscle. 500 less calories than your maintenance calories with plenty of protein will take the fat off at a healthy rate. 30 min of just constant walking once a day will increase your weight loss. You'll love the journey! Good luck!
