Sick today, got locked out of logging in Noom by leaving my phone in my car. Noom food logging is easier than here, but I don't feel like I'm getting a lot out of the basic education that is the backbone of their system.
I tried Lark, too, and their food logging was too loosey-goosey for my liking. Both systems have predictive language incorporated. Both systems focus on basic nutritional guidance. Noom has all recents bumped to the top of choices, which is a nice feature. I'm still in the 10 day trial before I start shelling out $5.50/week to use their app and coaches. Not sure if it's worth it now. What happens when I lose my phone? That happens way too often.
Recently tipped over into diabetic territory, which qualifies me to use Ozempic. First injection was Tuesday. Tuesday is my self-care day, when I check my fasting blood sugar, track a bp reading, weigh in, etc. That's one nice thing about the Noom app, those things are incorporated. I have written charts on my bedroom walls to track those things manually, though, which is nice too. I almost always prefer low tech solutions.
