Not much to report here...I know I'm gonna gain a little weight next week in Philly, so I've been trying to follow my diet exactly lately...and it's been going well...Dropped another 0.8 lb today...so now I'm 8.6 lbs from my short-term goal, which I hope to hit in two weeks...and 38 lbs from my ultimate goal...The key is just to stay on the downward trend and I'll get there eventually :)

With that being said, I'm totally getting Thai fried rice today *LOL*...I've been craving it for days...and I've been telling myself that if I was still craving it on my 4 hour work day, I'd get it...and that's today...It's really just the oil that's terribly bad for me...and the only time I got fried rice from this new place I'll go to, it wasn't really oily or anything...I'll have that for lunch, and make more as a snack, then shakes for bfast and dinner, I think...I should get at least 3 meals out of 1 order of fried rice...possibly even 4 :)

I really need new clothes, but I'm between sizes, so I'll wait...One size is big, but the next size down is too small...but if I wait two weeks, I should be good to go in the smaller sizes...

I had to take back the belt I just got 3 weeks ago and exhange it for a smaller size 'cause I went from the first hole to the last in just over 3 weeks!!! I do think it stretched a bit too, but still, it didn't stretch 4 inches...most of that was weight loss :)
233.6 lb Lost so far: 64.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
