exercised most days, but not all. I am surprised I stayed the same as last week... this would have otherwise been a weight-gain week for me!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Those kinds of weeks are inevitable, no matter how hard you work at it. You have the right idea, though...work right through it. Before long, it will be moving again.
