Trying to get crohns disease more manageable. Finding hew things to eat is proving to be hard. Still on a blah diet and body not processing sugar. But I have made my way to the gym and the track. So I am still in high spirits.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.7 lb a week
