Grrrrrr!!!!!! Why???? And, this has happened when I have given up my wine.
Bloody plateau. Grumble grumble grumble.
221.1 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
