Went away for the wknd & ate/drank a lil extra but got lots of walking in so balanced out. Only gained 2 lbs and already lost that plus 2 more!!!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
