Had a very bad weekend in Houston, Had actually topped out on the scale at 205 but this morning was 203, I can't imagine I actually ate 20k calories in 3 days, so I think this'll work its way out. At least that's my hope.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
