I figured my weight might be up today. It was a rough few days without power and being out of my routine. This week I'm going to perform last weeks P90X routine just to get back into things. I'm happy to be back at work and back to what I know. I got a bonus workout in today when we cut up trees and got them out of the road. I had a good chest/back workout tonight. I also watched what I ate. Good day.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
