Two full weeks off training and some summer celebrations - would have thought the gain would be much more. Started back in on training this past week. Still under goal weight and the inches haven't gone up in the bad places or down in the good. I'll take that.

Still gonna need surgery it looks like, so that will put a damper on things eventually, but I will come back stronger after the fix.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
