No Omron reading today...

Small uptick in weight, probably from the residual food and drink from a night out :)

Gonna see if I can stay a little more disciplined this weekend. Probably not, but worse things have happened!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
