As expected, I'm down to just over 235 again this morning...This is good news :)
...and now time to screw that up a bit by having the ham, eggs and toast I've been craving all week :) I haven't had a fried egg and breakfast meat in months...but I have leftover ham from Easter, so I put off this breakfast all week to see if the cravings would go away...and they haven't...so yesterday, I grabbed two eggs from my parents' house specifically so I could have this breakfast today :)
