I said I followed my diet poorly because last night I had to eat something right before 8pm, whereas normally I wouldn't have...However, today I had to do a cardiopulmonary metabolic exercise test as part of my weight loss study, so I couldn't eat after 8pm, and I wouldn't get to eat until after 11am, thus the eating just before 8pm :P That's also where the 0.4 lb gain came from...I'm sure I'll be back down to just over 235 tomorrow...if not lower with the exercising I did today...

The test went well...I improved greatly over my previous test back in December before I started the diet & exercise program :) The physiologist and physiology intern were both very excited that I made it 15 minutes and 1 second :) Apparently, most ppl go 8-12 minutes...they said they see 13 sometimes...and have seen 14 minutes before, but rarely...but never 15 minutes :) It's adjusted for weight and such, so it's not like I'm the best athlete in the world :), but I did great for a fat person who had to go to their lab for the test *LOL*...The thing that was so hard about it was not that it was too fast..It was that it was at an awkward pace for a 14% grade...If it was a bit faster, I could have really jogged...If it was a bit slower, I could have walked...but the speed it was at after 12 minutes was awkward...too fast to walk, too slow to jog and that made it hard and burned my calves like mad...

There was a mix-up with their scheduling software, and my appt wasn't showing up, so when I got there no one was there and they had to call a physiologist in early...and when I went 15 minutes, she said "Wow, this is actually worth having to get up early to come in for!!!" *LOL*...
236.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
