Trying to understand, I am juicing and drinking greens, and carrots every day with a mixture of some apple juice with greens and carrots. Squeezing a cup of fresh orange juice also in the morning. Eating lots of salads and soups. About 20% meat, fish or poultry. Have not lost a pound. I mean it is a little discouraging, but I am not discouraged because I feel better, with a lot more energy. See what happens in the next few weeks. I was hoping to lose at least 1 lb a week.

Sounds like too many fruit carbs with all the apple and orange juice. Try increasing lean proteins, and eating rather than drinking your foods. The TQI diet by Kathy Abascal helped me a lot with timing and proportions. It takes time...

Are you checking the calories? Carrots have a lot in them, as fruits do.

It took me six weeks before I started seeing any results. Lost only one pound in that time. On seventh week and finally starting to see some results. Give your metabolism time, watch calories and try to keep a balance. Shootingstar could be right. Too much fruit is just as bad as not enough. Carrots have only 50 cals a cup and 4 grams of carbs.

PS apple juice is very high sugar/carbs. Try using Coconut water. Yes it's higher calorie but it has good fats that "eat" bad fats and they turn off the hunger hormone, Ghrelin.
