Whoooppppssss!!! Stepped on my shiny brand new
super deelux digital scale today and got a
big surprise!
Since it's highly unlikely I could lose 10# overnight
I must believe the difference is that today I had
my glasses on when I read the scale :^)
189.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
