Lost 1.3kg, went back to 2000 calories had good weight loss this week.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for asking lovely Steve …. Dislocated toe waiting for the specialist to decide what’s next …. A bit of a set back but staying positive despite being stuck at home for 3 weeks & counting 😊♥️♥️Ur doing great keep on 😊
