Mike and I finally bought a new scale, so I weighed myself. I actually went from 125 to 121, so I lost 4 lbs this last month. Yipee! :)
121.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
