afternoon percentage (38.2% bf 27.2 bmi) 34 % bf 46.6% tbw


slept in today. meant to workout just felt good to sleep. will take a run or hit gym afternoon.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
