Things have been going well lately, for the most part...I'm still having a hard time not drinking any pop...My downfall is giving in sometimes...'cause then it's easier to give in more often...or I'll allow myself to get a 20 oz bottle saying I'll drink 1/2 one day and 1/2 the next, but I almost always drink it all in one day, or at least the vast majority of it...

I've been doing far more food than shakes lately...I've been doing 1-3 shakes at work...Either 3 shakes...or a real breakfast, then a shake for lunch and shake for afternoon snack....or a shake for breakfast and a soup for lunch with no afternoon snack...and on weekends I've rarely had more than one shake a day...I'll often do a shake for lunch, then real lunch, real dinner and real snack...It's working well though...but I do need to control my portion size for meals to a size which will not completely fill me up and will force me to have a snack 3 hours after I eat...

I'm very pleased with myself for being the top person in the "Lose 10% by Spring" challenge :) I lost 14.32 % (39.5 lb) in 10 weeks!!! It's definitely a good motivator to keep eating well and exercising :)
235.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
