1411 kcal Fat: 35.67g | Prot: 135.51g | Carb: 146.69g.   Breakfast: frozen blueberries, 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats, muscle milk whey protien powder, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch: grapes, Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar. Dinner: olives, Red Tomatoes (In Tomato Juice, Canned), almond accents, foster farms lean ground turkey, cucumber, brown rice, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: jelly beans, frozen strawberries, muscle milk whey protien powder, Traditional Hummus, cucumber, raw almonds, Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, egg white. more...
