Doing well at getting back to normal on my weight. I lost another pound since yesterday. I know most of it is water weight, but I assume that's what I put on over the weekend. I have a good arms workout tonight. Looking forward to it. I just noticed I will have 500 days of monitoring my weight and using Fatsecret next month. I think that is a great day to celebrate.
