This has been a really hard week for me.. but im trying .. I have increase water during my normal bordom times and I really do get a result as i watch counting my calories.. Which is hard.. u have to watch every thing!!!!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
