This is day 21 of Keto & intermittent fasting 16:8 6pm to 10am. I’ve been steady exercising 4-5 days a week. Down 13lbs and feeling good!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 251.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
