1414 kcal Fat: 43.78g | Prot: 50.59g | Carb: 199.32g.   Breakfast: sugar , grapefruit, grapes, Omega Buttery Spread, High Fiber multigrain bagels, Organic Strawberry Spread. Lunch: romaine lettuce, Light Swiss Original, Grapes, Grilled Balsamic Vinegar & Rosemary Chicken, Portabella Mushrooms. Dinner: Sweet Peas, saffron yellow rice, Broccoli, Crunchy Golden Breaded Fish Fillets. Snacks/Other: Organic Strawberry Spread, Omega Buttery Spread made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Very Thin Soft 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Coffee, Fat Free Skim Plus Half & Half, sugar. more...
