And, I have now pee'd out alot of that flyid. 🙄. Writing this more to keep a log for Cardiologist. Still have pitting oedema, but 9.30am - 2pm I have dropped 0.7kgs. Eaten 700 cals so far.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
