FINALLY! I'm recording a 1/2 lb loss, but it's really 2 lbs since I had to lose that weekend weight, LOL! I did manage to get the upper body workout done last night, but I was too tired to do any extra steps on the treadmill. Today I may be doing some deliveries, which will involve carrying stuff to & from my car. Hopefully I won't be TOO exhausted tonight. I tried something new for breakfast this morning, which I've added to the FS database - Sprout's banana pancake bites. They weren't too bad. Last year when I was in Hilo Hawaii, there was a diner that served banana pancakes, and they were SO GOOD! I haven't tried to recreate them, don't know why - how hard could it be? Maybe I'll try that this weekend. But yeah, the Sprouts stuff wasn't bad.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
