I seem to have hit a plateau. I see a lot of people experience this situation for a variety of reasons. I know my activity level is a factor, and I have slacked off last week during our mini heatwave up here. Will be doing more walking now that temps have cooled down, but I am wondering if my 1100 RDI is too low or if I am not getting enough fat (this is low by default as I really try not to squander what calories I do have on it), or if I am getting too much carb? I will try walking first, but if I don't budge, I'll have to consider trying something different.
