I haven't gone running in almost a week. Work has been extremely stressful. I've been binge eating to the point of pain on some days. Went for a hike yesterday. I started using plant protein powder as I am getting 1/2 the amount of recommended protein. Also bought potassium tablets.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
