Another uptick. Had a LOT of sodium yesterday. My son made me my protein soup and tossed in a bunch of dashi. I'd have made it myself, but my back was really giving me trouble, so I had to eat what he brought me. I keep explaining that I'm on a delicate balance of protein in very few calories. He's 17, thin and eats everything that's not nailed down, so he doesn't really get it.

The upticks are bugging me. Also, drinking Super Dieter's tea. Haven't 'gone' in a few days, so that may be the issue.
309.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 179.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
