Well, I know this can't be real. Yesterday I weighed in at 168.8 and today 167. 1.8lbs down in a day? No way. I'm putting in 167.8 'cause I really don't believe the other number. I must be dehydrated or something of that sort.

I know I'm pretty darn hungry right now. >.>
167.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I fluctuate 5 pounds or more in a day, sometimes. I can only figure it must be the water I've drunk...2 cups = 1 pound.

It sucks when that happens, but I think you are doing fine. I will not weigh myself every week because of that. Stay strong sister! You will do this!
