Had my 2 month post op visit today, even though I'm actually 7 wks post op. I can eat what foods I want now. So raw vegetables are allowed, which means salads. The biggest challenge is getting things into my tiny stomach. I'm supposed to get 60 to 80 protein a day, but they said no more than 80 - because there's increased risk of kidney stones and I guess other problems.

She also said no more than 600 calories/day. It's hard to get in 80 g/protein, plus get more veggies in for 600 calories. They say to eat food, but the protein powder is truly the easiest way to do that. So I'll be messing with the menu to see how to do it all best.
307.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 177.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
