I knew it. That is what happens when I don't follow the plan. At least I didn't gain. I started back on track Monday morning. Hey it happens. I think I'm kinda bummed cause its the first week I don't loose. Other times I would even gain, but it is because of my running. I had no excuse this time.
130.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Be happy you maintained! That's sometimes harder than losing!! : ) Glad you enjoyed your weekend though. Don't be bummed. Next week you'll have a big loss to make up for it.
