I have about 11 or so pounds since my last weigh in. I started juicing a couple of weeks ago, and want to eat a more healthy lifestyle. I keep fluctuating this last week 166 167. Frustrating!, but something has to give soon. I am juicing a lot of leafy greens, carrot, and also granny smith apples juiced in with the greens.
