I was surprised at my weigh in, had a 4.3 loss. Went camping this past weekend but stayed pretty active. My eating was ok, not the best but not bad. I've done worse!! LOL!! Hopefully I can be that good this weekend when we go camping again!
229.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
