Am not really follow a diet any longer, just trying to watch the calories I consume (in a general way, without counting). When I began, I found the diet calculator useful, especially for alerting me to high-calorie foods - such as olive oil - which I hadn't really though about.
As I have also lost some muscle along with the fat, I'm planning to focus more on protein in the future. Therefore, I'm thinking more about maintenance than weight lose; although I think I'll probably drop another couple of kilos over the coming months ... have to stop somewhere.
Overall, I feel much better; am sleeping better; and have enjoyed wearing trousers I haven't been able to get into for 20 years.
