25% carb diet to help balance blood sugar levels also helping the weight come off. Happy days. I'm learning so much about how my body just can't breakdown sugars at the moment and how to use food differently. I still feel pretty blerk, but a better blerk! Haha.
232.1 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
