Wowzer! Protein mix in the morning certainly cut the hunger most of the morning.
213.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is what I was told (I can learn) increase the protein level to help negate feelings of hunger - and - that does work! Nice drop.
