Four pounds to goal. Man it's been hard, but worth it. Mantrras and positive self-talk, things I used to laugh at people for doing, have made all the difference.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
