Down this week lowest for couple of months, hard to keep weight down, also of work this week, so need to stay of snacks.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We keep a store of snacks, but only try and have once a day, normally a bliss bar or such like that's less than 100 calories so don't feel guilty then.

I do the same Alison. I have asda chocolate fibre bars 88 calories. 1 after dinner with a cuppa or a Mars bar stick 95 calories. just work it into my daily allowance

We all need to have to have a treat otherwise it's too hard. We have a g&t when we play skittles, if home game as can walk😁.
