Cheat days really pack in the pounds for a few days. Wow. One cheat day every two weeks. We will see where I am in two weeks day before my next cheat day. Might need to make some changes. Once you get it figured out, things change 😑
138.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cheat to me is once I have a meal that I have really been craving or I have one think like sweet but that is usually less than a normal serving.
