So up and down with my weight it's unbelievable. Even though I do more cardio than ever as well as push ups sit ups and dumbells I have noticed no difference in appearance or clothe sizing. Think I need liposuction 😂
215.0 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
