Plan on starting a low-carb diet for 4-5 times per week. I need 2 days of eating what I want for the first month and then eventually start eating a low-carb diet 7 times per week for there on out. Plan on staying on the low-carb diet for life. If I get off of the diet, I will gain it all back and then some. Wish me luck!
