So I'm up 2 pounds and, sadly, it was earned. Last Thursday I had homemade manicotti and because I didn't enter our recipe, I had no way to track the pts, so I opted to leave it blank. I only had 2 pcs, but I should have entered something just to stay on track. It was the start of me not entering any food at all for over a week. Although I haven't gone overboard, I have definitely been careless for all of the days I didn't make any entries. This is the first time I have slacked like this since I started and the weight gain is proof that I need to make entries to be aware of what I am eating. I did level 3 on Tuesday morning and did level 2 (it felt so much harder than level 3) last night. Will do the shred again this morning and get back on track with entries starting tomorrow. (going to a bbq later today and will no doubt cheat)
132.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
