I use a multiplier of 10 to determine daily calorie in take according to University of Arizona study. I aim for a weekly average of 1900 sometimes over sometimes below.

Insomnia is my biggest negative to feeling good every day.

I do exercises at cardio rehab 3x weekly and walk 2-3 times a week.

198.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
