Started Monday the 18th at 166. Breakfast was 2 eggs, orange. Lunch 4 c greens with some tomato, carrots, red pepper and roasted chicken breast. A little olive oil. Then red delicious apple. For dinner another salad of the same and 1/2 c. cottage cheese with 2 T. sugar free strawberry preserves.
