Wow! I'm not happy at all with the scale this morning. I went up another pound. I don't understand it since I watched what I ate yesterday, had a good hour hike in the woods and pushed myself during my chest and back workout. I had some stomach issues going on, but that usually leads to a weight loss. I'll really keep an eye on my food intake today and see what happens on the scale tomorrow. I'll probably drop 3 lbs. Maybe I'm just retaining some water. Tonight is plyometrics and that should shake some things up. Went out for supper to Ruby Tuesday to celebrate closing a deal on a big project, but only got the grilled salmon. Still worried about the weigh in this morning. Turned out to be a good day, though.
