Grrrr. my meals consist of about 250 - 400 cals. plus I snack on nutritious healthy food in between. this is fluid from oedema. but, aagghhhhhhhhhhhh.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
