Yay, took that weekend weight off and then some! I am so pleased with my weight today. Also, made a late-night decisions to join a six-week challenge on YouTube. It's the 100 Pushups Program from http://hundredpushups.com/ and I'm starting today. Wish me luck!

Perhaps, though I think speeding it up made it less obvious how tired I was getting. Did you see how red my face turned? Hehe. Anyway, it still would have put me in the same level so it doesn't really matter ;)
