two-and-a-half years to get back under 200 pounds; i made it. at my heaviest i was 230; this last trip up the scale i topped out at 224. my goal is under 180; realistically figure that's three months away. every day gets easier, reminding myself i'm not making diet choices, i'm making lifestyle choices.
