Uhoh-I gained a few pounds.I suspect it's from my dalliance with carbs on Sat. and the consequence of not exercising.My first thought was to starve myself and just go on a liquid diet.But that only lasted 15 minutes.And I "broke" down and had some breakfast.LOL-JUST kidding!!(I know that isn't very healthy and the results can slow my weightloss way down.)It was me acting like a spolit and that was the extent of my tantrum.All full now and jumping in tub before I head out and do my walking.Yes-I gained a little back-I' m just trying to not let it discourage me and instead let it ENcourage me to continue a CORRECT diet plan and exercise regime!
ANd-thats my MONDAY so far...How yeww doin'??

Side note:Fs cracks me up.The weight diagnosticator(word?lol) indicated I am gaining a rapid weight of 10.5 a week.I should reach my goal weight...Never.L.O.L!!!! NEVER SAY NEVER ;)
222.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just pick yourself up, and get back on track. ^.^ My Monday has been pretty good so far..though I didn't get up for a walk this morning though. :P Just too tired. And I swear that dianosticator in a pain in my backside. >.< I'm gaining over 10lbs a week right now too...though I just went up a few pounds. XD Cheers to a good week and lots of water and exercise! :D

lol-Jada.I LOVE that weight thingy when it says I should be at my goal in 4 weeks but not my friend when it says that!!Chores sidetracked me from my walk.Its supposed to start raining/snowing later today-so not sure if I'll get out there :/.But a new pair of jeans came in mail and they fit!!!!!so ,happily eating my broccoli.haha
